Infovide-Matrix plans 100% increase in the earnings per share by 2010

During the General Assemblies of Infovide-Matrix Shareholders today a resolution was passed concerning the establishment of motivation program for years 2007-2010 addressed to key managers of the company. The objective of the program is to double the earnings per share (EPS) by 2010 compared to the EPS value in 2006. During the General Shareholders Meeting, a decision regarding dividend payment in the amount of PLN 0.30 per share was also made.

The day when the right to dividend is determined is 20th July 2007, the dividend will be effected on 3rd August 2007.
As a part of motivation program maximum 360 000 shares will be issued constituting 3% of the company capital. The issued shares will be offered at the par value PLN 0.10. The program distinguishes itself by focusing on the increase in company value measured according to earnings per share. The beneficiaries will be managers responsible for individual profit centers, excluding members of the management board (main shareholders) and supervisory board members.
