Infovide-Matrix sustains annual forecasts after the second quarter

In the second quarter of 2007 consolidated sales revenues of the Infovide-Matrix Capital Group increased by over 42% to PLN 58.58m compared to PLN 41.84m (pro forma) in the second quarter of 2006. Whereas the net profit in the second quarter of 2007 amounted to PLN 2.97m compared to PLN 3.35m (pro forma) in the second quarter of 2006.

After the first 6 months of 2007 consolidated sales revenues of Infovide-Matrix Capital Group amounted to PLN 96.3m and the net profit exceeded the value of PLN 4m. Achieved revenues are over 30% higher compared to pro forma revenues in analogous period of the last year.

“Since the second quarter Infovide-Matrix and Matrix.pl have been formally acting as one merged company. The revenues increased significantly and company profits were not encumbered with costs of merger anymore and increased by three times compared to the first quarter. - says Marek Kobiałka, President of Infovide-Matrix SA Management Board. “After two quarters the forecast at the level of sales revenues was achieved in 45%. Based on the results in the first 6 months of the year and signed and effected contracts as well as considering seasonal nature of our industry (majority of transactions is made in the second half of the year) we sustain the forecast for 2007 published in June” – adds Marek Kobiałka

“In the second quarter we started the implementation project of High Performance Workplace (HPW) system supporting a new corporate management system in Infovide-Matrix. The purchase of the license for the system implemented as a part of HPW project was financed, in accordance with assumptions, with funds obtained due to shares issue”. - says Jacek Królik, Vice-President of Infovide-Matrix SA Management Board. “Implementation of HPW system will contribute to creating the environment supporting an efficient individual and team work of employees and cooperation with customers and partners. Key events connected with operational activity of Infovide-Matrix:
Together with Cutter Consortium – American consulting company a survey concerning enterprise innovation was conducted among 119 organizations worldwide. Results report which was published in May is available at Infovide-Matrix website.

From April to June 2007 Infovide-Matrix Capital Group carried out projects and gained contracts in the following key sectors:

Telecommunication: on 24 May a framework cooperation agreement with Polkomtel SA was signed on providing services for IT systems supporting operator’s activity, execution of a complex program of building value added services for one of the biggest telecommunication providers.

Banking and finance: completion of the project in PKO Financial Services connected with e-distribution of investment fund units, commencement of cooperation with BZ WBK in the scope of corporate architecture consulting services and development of factoring products maintenance, implementations of data warehouse systems for two other banks.

Public administration: continuation of works for Ministry of Internal Affairs and Administration as well as Ministry of Finance as a part of the following projects execution: e-PUAP, CEPIK and e-Declarations.

Power Sector and the industry: implementation of the human resources management system mySap HCM in Elektrociepłownie Wybrzeże SA, cooperation with Orlen SA in the scope of consulting services supporting a key program of IT architecture development, providing consulting services for one of the Ukrainian companies developing its activity in Poland.

In the second quarter of 2007 the sales of services had the biggest share in Infovide-Matrix revenues (53% of revenues), including 49% of services provided for telecommunication sector and 17% for banking and finance sector. Telecommunication sector is a key area of Infovide-Matrix activity.
