Infovide-Matrix SA has fulfilled the financial forecast for 2007

Infovide-Matrix, the leading supplier of consulting services and innovative IT solutions has successfully ended the first year of its presence on the WSE (Warsaw Stock Exchange). The company’s sales revenue in 2007 increased 17 % (up to PLN 240.3 million). Operating profit grew to PLN 21.1 million, and net profit to PLN 16.76 million. The firm has fulfilled the financial forecast for 2007 and is considering dividend pay-out from the last year profit.

“It was a very good year for Infovide-Matrix, the first in which we operated as a joint team. The satisfaction we feel having achieved such good financial results is all the more greater; we have realized the forecast in full, and in the case of revenue we have even exceeded earlier estimates by 11%. In relation to 2006 sales revenues increased over 17%. The merged company has quickly reached the assumed growth dynamics and is systematically building value for the shareholders.” says Marek Kobiałka, President of the Board, Infovide-Matrix.

Peak efficiency established in the Q4 2007, feasible perspective of other acquisitions, solid position in telecommunication and finance sectors as well as a competitive offer for enterprises in the power sector are strong indicators for such an assumption.” says Borys Stokalski, Vice-President of the Board, Infovide-Matrix.

Key information about Q4 2007: 

• Revenue in the last quarter of 2007 reached PLN 97.3 million, the company made PLN 10.8 million of operating profit and PLN 7.57 million of net profit. Q4 turned out yet another one in which the company improved its financial results. 
• Infovide-Matrix acquired 53.26% of CT Partners’ shares (the acquired company is the leader in the Polish training market and consulting services in ITIL® methodology) for PLN 3 million. The business model realized by CT Partners excellently matches the Infovide-Matrix’s strategy which is based on Consulting&Solution Implementation system. CT Partners acquisition is financed by the means gained from the public shares issue. In 2007 CTP produced  PLN 6.7 million of sales revenue.

“As planned, Infovide-Matrix completed the realization of the issuing goals, in Q4 2007. The Capital Group has been enlarged with CT Partners which complements Infovide-Matrix’s scope of operations. The acquisition widens our competences, providing IT services which are unique in the Polish market. We do not exclude acquiring other firms supplementing our offer, in the following quarters of the year.” says Jacek Królik, Vice-President, Infovide-Matrix SA.

PROJECTS CARRIED OUT BY INFOVIDE-MATRIX

In the fourth quarter of 2007, within the confines of the firm’s basic operations, Infovide-Matrix was engaged in the realization of projects in its crucial sectors.

In the power sector, Infovide-Matrix has established co-operation with Skoda Auto Polska. The project includes system’s auditing services in CRM and information strategy processes’ auditing. We have also started a project for Ferrero Polska on building a platform servicing the exchange of data between Ferrero and its clients. In ISD Polska, Infovide-Matrix is implementing a comprehensive management system based on Oracle e-business Suite and Hyperion. The system is to realize a contemporary  management model in ISD Huta Częstochowa and ISD Trade. Beside the basic management fields like finance and logistics, the system will support strategic planning, budgeting and controlling processes.

In the finance and banking sector, Infovide-Matix is carrying out various projects for the key banks and institutions. In Pekao SA the implementation of factoring servicing system and the Commission Module for the bank’s distribution network are ongoing. Work on the implementation of factoring products servicing system has commenced in yet another leading bank. In Dominet Bank the system supporting credit risk management has been launched, and in BZ WBK the first stage of the corporate architecture management project, based on TOGAF methodology, has been successfully completed.

In the telecommunication sector, Infovide-Matrix continued integration projects like Enterprise Application Integration, within the confines of the CRM program for Telekomunikacja Polska SA.

In the public administration sector, Infovide-Matrix performed consulting services for MSWiA (the Ministry of Internal Affairs) and the Ministry of Finance.

 
NEW RESOURCES

Infovide-Matrix consistently widens the scope of operations with its partners’ solutions. Thanks to the agreement with Compuware, signed in November 2007, Infovide-Matrix included in its offer a unique solution -   Changepoint -  managing information resources of an enterprise. Changepoint allows to efficiently manage projects submitted into IT Department and enables to control projects, applications and infrastructure portfolios. Infovide-Matrix is implementing the Changepoint solution in its own organization as well.

The company has prepared a comprehensive offer for entities from the power sector, comprising the whole portfolio of services, starting with IT infrastructure management consultation and ending with the implementation of core systems for the sector (for instance customer care and billing systems). The firm is expecting to sign first contracts with companies of this sector in the first half of 2008.

Besides, since Q3 2007, Infovide-Matrix has been generating revenue from new sources in which it invested in the first half of 2007, namely, the implementation of Oracle and Intec billing systems.
