The management board of Infovide-Matrix makes a motion to pay out dividends from profit for 2007

Today, the management board of Infovide-Matrix SA, a leading supplier of consulting services and innovative IT solutions, passed a resolution to make a motion for the General Assembly of Shareholders to allocate a part of the company's net profit in the amount of PLN 5 917 440.50 (i.e. PLN 0.50 per every share) to the pay-out of dividends to the shareholders, and destine the part of the net profit in the amount of PLN 10 892 559.50 to the enlargement of the company's spare capital.

The management board proposes to set the day of 2 July as the dividend day and 18 July as the day of dividend pay-out.
