17.11: Current Report: Appointment of Chairperson, Deputy Chair and Secretary of the Supervisory Board of Infovide-Matrix S.A.
Further to interim report no. 14/2009, the Management Board of Infovide-Matrix S.A. hereby announces that, on 17 November 2009, pursuant to §15.1 of the Articles of Association, the Supervisory Board of Infovide-Matrix S.A. appointed:
- Ms Beata Chmielewska Chairperson of the Supervisory Board
- Mr Piotr Płoszajski Deputy Chairperson of the Supervisory Board
- Mr Marcin Gorazda Secretary of the Supervisory Board
