18.12: Current Report: Orders and contracts with Telekomunikacja Polska S.A. and its Group whose aggregate value qualifies them as a significant contract

The Management Board of Infovide-Matrix S.A. hereby announces that, on 17 December 2009, it became aware of the signing of two orders placed by Telefonia Cyfrowa Centertel Sp. z o.o., a company in the Telekomunikacja Polska S.A. Group: on 23 November 2009 and on 09 December 2009, totalling PLN 1,072,500 in value.  The orders refer to provision of IT services to PTK Centertel Sp. z o.o.
